  A cesspool of disappointing, frustrating, and poor customer service. Mike - an assistant manager - is refusing to take responsibility for an expensive washing machine that I purchased at Lowe's that is not functioning. The machine was inspected and serviced by a certified LG technician, who stated that the unit sustained severe damage; damage that was so extensive that it had to have occurred before purchasing. Despite purchasing the unit brand new along with extended warranty, neither LG or Lowe's is willing to take responsibility for the damaged unit. This has left me without a functioning washing machine for now 3 months along with damaged flooring. Every time I call to resolve the issue, I am told that they will call me back with a solution only to still not have a functioning washing machine 3 months later.
  
  The customer service and their respective ability and willingness to assist their customers is non-existent. Be warned - if you must purchase from this store, hope that whatever you purchased is not faulty. If it is faulty, you will be stuck with it simply because this Lowe's will refuse to take any responsibility.
