  I called to get an estimate on asbestos abatement for my kitchen vinyl sheet flooring. I called and got a call back the same day. The gentleman gave me a rough estimate over the phone, but he said he'd like to come out to fine tune (and likely be able to lower the estimate). He set up the appointment for the next day. He never showed up for our appointment, I received no call from him or the staff letting me know the appointment was cancelled, and received no calls after the fact apologizing for the no show. The sad thing is, I likely would have chosen them for my abatement as I was referred to them, but if you can't make one appointment with no communication my business will be happily taken elsewhere.
